Shipping

At GT Omega, we aim to despatch products within 1-2 business days, this is subject to the product being in stock. We will inform you if a product is out of stock or will not be dispatched within this timescale. Delivery usually takes 1-5 working days from date of despatch depending on customers location.

*GT Omega takes pride in being punctual but throughout December, during Black Friday and mid-sale, you may have to wait longer for your order.

*Due to issues related to COVID-19, our couriers are trying to manage extremely high volumes of packages from ourselves and many others. This means shipping from us and delivery from the courier may experience slight to major delays. We are doing everything on our end to minimise any delays, however this will not always be possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

Shipping Costs

GT Omega provides free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase is necessary.

Shipping Region

Our AUS Store covers delivery to residential and commercial addresses in these Australian States, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.

We currently do not ship to any location outside the areas stated above and you must have a delivery address in an area we ship to in order for us to process your order.

Delivery Method

For shipping in Australia, we use Toll Ipec. Shipping times vary on location:New South Wales (1-2 Days), Queensland, Victoria & South Australia (3-4 Days).

GT Omega will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When your order is despatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Shipping Damage

GT Omega ships all products in their original packaging straight from our manufacturing warehouses, so our customers can receive the products in immaculate condition.  If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please contact us so we can work with you to make things right.
